Falls du es noch nicht gemerkt hast sprechen die Leute in Prag tschechisch und dafür hat er sein Anliegen doch einigermaßen verständlich formuliert.
Aber vielleicht kannst du ihm das mal auf tschechisch schreiben.
Ansonsten finde ich solch eine Begrüßung eher unterirdisch und das ist noch gigantisch untertrieben
