ich hab jetz genug um die nächsten jahre zu überleben - obwohl die dinger ja eigentlich unkaputtbar sind :thumbsup:

farben und bodies sind egal - kann man ja umschrauben :thumbup:

diese sammlung (codename: "resterampe") wird jetz ordentlich eingeschweißt und UV-geschützt verpackt - wenn ich dann irgendwann dann mal eins brauche, dann nehm ich mir einfach eins

hi,

tatsächlich, verkauft wird davon keiner - ich habe mir diese fahrzeuge nich zugelegt um damit handel zu betreiben - besonders auch nich um mein hobby damit zu finanzieren - fänd ich auch unfair der lieben verwandtschaft gegenüber.

ich mag die autos halt und mag nix anderes fahren - selbst wenn ich nur noch rote oder blaue autos fahre - mir doch egal - ich will fahren.

Sehr gute Einstellung. Aber wie ist das Paket durch den Zoll gekommen?

Ich muss schon oft für zwei Fahrzeuge zum Zoll.

die autos sind nich alle auf einmal gekommen - die besagte resterampe bestand aus zwei paketen a 14 autos, die zudem reichlich zeitlch versetzt auf dem weg waren - der zoll lässt mich zum glück z.z. in ruhe - anfangs war ich bei denen auch dauergast.

Auch wenn SCX Compact latent aussterbensbedroht scheint, kann mir jemand von den "Zollflatrat"-Inhabern eine Bezugsquelle für SCX Compact aus Spanien nennen? Die Spanier geniessen ja Heimvorteil und bei der Corvette C6 R kriege ich das große Sabbern :love:

The company has only 3 development engineers and their time has been allocated to a number of new molds for 1:32nd scale cars, some changes in chassis design, some new products that are not really slot car related, and some projects for Spanish corporate clients that are not in our catalog.

I can´t really say whether this is a mistake or not, but that is what was decided. I think it should be easy enough to introduce at least two new molds in 1:43rd scale each year as well as a couple pieces of track - and I have been fighting for that for years, but 2011 did not deliver for the Compact line.

I can understand perfectly that if someone wants a bunch of accessories to choose from, then Carrera has a lot more to offer today. However, for those of you more intested in car performance then I think SCX remains an excellent choice.

For what it is worth, our sales in the US of the Compact line in the hobby channel doubled in 2010 over 2009. Is there more growth opportunity with a wider selection of cars, sets, and track accessories? Sure, but I´ve gotten egg on my face in the past for setting expectations that did not materialize, so I prefer to not do that again.

Ehrlich gesagt, hab ich da überhaupt keine Panik mehr. Erstens war es absehbar und zweitens tun sich mit dem msc genügend Möglichkeiten auf. Da muss ich nicht mehr jedem Fahrzeug in Amiland hinterher laufen. Von welchem Hersteller die Karo auf meinem Metallchassis kommt, ist dann letztendlich auch nur noch zweitrangig.
Zum guten Schluss wird's ja zum Ende des Jahres (hoffentlich) was von dslot geben....

In voller Erwartung, was da noch kommt
